Thankfully whatever the issue was with this being a "Spam" Blog has been cleared up. Publishing on this site is no longer being moderated. Does this mean I am officially being considered "Human?"

Something really weird is going on with this Blog. All of a sudden, I have to do a word verification in order to Publish. Has anyone else had this happen to them? It says something about needing a "human" to verify that this isn't a Spam Blog? Does anyone know what this means? Am I being accused of something that I don't know about or is this a standard thing that Blogger does sometimes? What exactly is a "Spam Blog?" Maybe I am doing to good a job at promoting this Blog?
