You forgot www.adsbay.co.uk, not only do they do the same as the other providers but they do all mediums and have a calculator so you know how much your blog is worth.

I checked one of my blogs with the tool Tom mentioned and it said that I might get over $30,000 per month. I don't know whether to laugh (because it's impossible) or cry (because I don't earn even a small fraction of this amount).
