'The Positive Approach' is a personal development course in 30 lessons, written by transformational psychologist Peter Shepherd. The course is intended to help you become more clear about your own identity, what you want in life - your life vision - and how to consciously transform your life for the better. You will learn how your beliefs shape your life experience and become aware of exactly how you are creating your reality. Each of these lessons includes practical elements that you can apply during the week, so your life can genuinely start to improve and you make real progress toward manifesting your vision.
Audio downloads are available in MP3 format, to listen at your leisure, perhaps on your portable player, or copied to cassette for the car. Right-click the download link and choose to save to your hard disk. Also you can listen to the online streaming audio on each lesson page.

Wow, that's just fantastic. I say so because Peter Shepherd is much more than just the most wonderful psychologist! He is the best friend - the living example of what we all are called to be. Peter's name is the best recommendation we just can dream about! If the course is made by Peter, it is worthy listening indeed.
My Lithuanian-English may sound strange to you and the emotions above may look strange too, but that's the sacred truth.
I never had met with Peter eye to eye, but I was helped by him tremendously. There are lots who master well nice talking, but Peter don’t talk about the love, he loves - he proves his statements with his own life - that’s the application of a theory to the practice.
While living on a disability pension, I cant afford myself anything that cost though a penny, but Peter helped me for a free - his courses aren’t his business for a profit but his way of life - I have nothing in a material sense of a word, but all I have is Peter's - I am proud of possibility to dedicate my all artwork to Peter and I heartily thank you for the chance to say thank you dear Peter once more here and aloud.
